Managed IT services is the most cost effective way for companies requiring more than 10 hours per month on average to get more for their IT budget. Agreements start as low as $500 per month and are based on the number of users, age and condition of equipment, and anticipated maintenance required over the length of the agreement.

Managed services includes all of the same services listed under On Call Services but at a guaranteed monthly cost. Managed IT accounts are also given priority over non-contract customers.

Contract customers receive a substantial discount from standard rates, a waiver on premium charges for after hours and weekend services, free use of loaner equipment, and net terms upon completion of credit verification.
