Onsite Response Network provides onsite and remote support services on an as needed basis for companies with limited or no IT staff. Standard rate is $90 per hour with a 1 hour minimum for onsite services. Travel time is billed with a 67% discount from standard rate. Remote services are billed at the standard rate with a 15 minute minimum charge and no travel time. There is a 25% premium charged for after 6:00pm and weekend hours. Payment is due at the time services are rendered for all non-contract customers.
